INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
You’re not broken, and you’re not the problem; you’re human. When we start to explore things from a place of curiosity we can learn more about the impact of our experiences. At Evergreen, we believe in a relatable, collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. Individual therapy provides a safe and comfortable place to explore patterns, gain insight, feel all the feelings, and learn tools that you can apply outside of session.

Individual Session Rate: $160 per 50-minute session (due at time of service)
I accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, cash, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)/Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
I am an out-of-network provider with insurance. Depending on your out-of-network benefits your insurance company may reimburse you for part of the cost. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits contact your insurance company and ask if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services, and if so, what is the out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rate. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits I can provide you with a monthly 'superbill' for you to submit to your insurance company.
To ensure therapy is accessible; I keep a limited amount of reduced fee spots available.
The frequency of sessions varies depending on individual client needs and will be discussed along with your goals for therapy in the first few sessions.
a perspective on healing and growth
At a point in life the patterns, coping skills, and beliefs you developed that were once helpful, may no longer be serving you.
They could actually be causing you harm because in one way or another your world has shifted.
You may think of these as symptoms… I think of these as adaptive responses to life and efforts to protect yourself.
So the question is not:
What is wrong with you?
but instead..
What has happened in your life to develop these patterns, skills and beliefs that no longer serve you?
and…
Are you ready to let them go while accepting that they got you here and develop new ways that can serve you going forward?
