Walking in Wellness Women’s Workshop
Form new connections and move your body while learning about mindfulness, boundaries, relationships and more.
Throughout this workshop, you will have an opportunity to:
Build authentic relationships
Expand your ability to live in the now
Deepen your mind-body connection
Learn to set healthy boundaries
Once per week for 4 weeks, we will meet at Lyndale Park Rose Garden where we will engage in psychoeducation and discussion on topics related to mindfulness, boundaries, relationships, and more. After, we will take a walk alongside Lake Harriet where you will engage in a brief activity while connecting with other like-minded individuals.
